    On behalf of The Baltimore Intergroup Council of Alcoholics Anonymous, we wish to extend to you congratulations on your Sixtieth Anniversary. In keeping with the First and Fifth Traditions, the West Baltimore Group has continued to place the common welfare first and carry the message to the still suffering alcoholic. You stand as an example to all groups, new and old, that the program of Alcoholics Anonymous works.

    You have reached a milestone and should humbly take pride in your accomplishments. Over the past -sixty years you have continued to respond to the needs of alcoholics, providing your members with a program for recovery which has allowed them to grow beyond their wildest dreams. You can rest assured that you have contributed to many people achieving the promises. We are sure those who have attended your meetings are deeply grateful. We can only add - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
